I have to admit that my first impression was not great as I had a long wait to get anyone on the phone just to ask a question; however, once I spoke to a representative to ask the question, I was impressed thoroughly. The representative didn't have the answers but found it and called me back within five minutes. I, then, placed the order online. Received a shipping confirmation within two hours of placing order. Received the cowbells in two days. Realized that we didn't have enough cowbells and had to order more. Placed the order, shipping confirmation, again within two hours. Just hoping they arrive as timely as they did last time. You accomplished the impossible of reversing my first impression.
